Verbena Shawl Kit
Joanne Scrace of The Crochet Project designed the beautiful Verbena Shawl using a special custom-dyed Woollenflower base: "Inspired by the tumbling peach blooms of a verbena plant near my home, this beautiful shawl is light and airy with sections of tumbling stripes and open lace work. This was one of the times when I let the yarn choose the pattern it wanted to be, the fine low twist 4ply looks great in picots and gives exceptional drape with the tall stitches and shells. The beautiful natural colours of the Woollenflower natural dye process add delicacy to the shawl. With just enough about the pattern to keep you interested, it grows from one corner to the other edge with a pattern that naturally increases along the neckline edge."
